The Mediterranean Institute

Think the great Euro-Mediterranean region is to think the Mediterranean in its economic and territorial cohesion, this is the premise of the founders of the Institute. Consideration of this vast region can not be abstract thought and independent spaces within it.


The Mediterranean Institute aims to contribute to the coherence of economic and territorial space, by its ideas and intellectual products, its strategic and cooperative actions.

The Mediterranean Institute directs all its efforts and expertise to serve the Actors to: European Commission, states, regions, provinces, cities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The Institute assists them in the process of building a genuine Euro-Mediterranean region. The Institute wants the spokespersons of the Mediterranean actors to promote a comprehensive and integrated policies in the Euro-Mediterranean area.
The Institute of the Mediterranean is now a recognized organization by the European Commission, World Bank and key regional players Mediterranean, all convinced of the importance of partnerships in the wider Euro-Mediterranean.
