Cooperation in the Mediterranean

The multiplicity of cooperation initiatives today on the Mediterranean appears to demonstrate both the existence of a dynamic, a real willingness and requests for strong cooperation to meet common challenges, but also complicates the process and illustrates the difficulty of establishing effective cooperation tools and accepted by all. This cooperation is established either by States or intergovernmental level of the European Commission, either on the scale of cities and territories.
