Modest in size, often regarded as mere epiphenomena without cultural or even political dimension profound societal, these phenomena can be identified as important in the long run. On the horizon the next 20 years, the potential of these phenomena of "low intensity" can update and become a structural element of the future of the entire Mediterranean. But the emergent phenomena can both remain virtual.
