Selected in the second call for standard projects MED program, this project brings together 13 partners, most of the regional authorities. The project leader is the Spanish region of Murcia. This project is the result of previous cooperation on the theme of competitiveness and regional planning, including AMI, AMAT and ICP RM projects.
To develop a regional level, methodological tools to improve decision making in terms of competitiveness and planning the project aims.
