GOUV'AIRNANCE - Launch of Monitoring Committee Marseille - Tuesday, 3 July 2012
On Tuesday, July 3, 2012 afternoon in the premises of the City Hall, will host the launch meeting of the Monitoring Committee Marseille. This meeting will be co-chaired by Bernard Susini, Deputy Mayor of the City of Marseille and Pierre Semeriva, Vice-President of the Urban Community of Marseille Provence Métropole.
One of the first activities GOUV'AIRNANCE project is based on the constitution, Marseille and each of the partners of the project areas, a territorial monitoring committee (CST) which will ensure the local port of the project and will, at first a place of dialogue to establish a comprehensive and shared diagnosis of the quality of the air and of the monitoring thereof. To this end, this committee will allow the coordination and integration of the various players in the area affected by the air quality in Marseille in the areas of transport, energy, environment, urban planning, the building regulations (indoor air) ... The CSE Marseille will be coordinated with the TSA implemented in other partners GOUV'AIRNANCE (Tripoli, Aqaba, Valencia) territories, to compare approaches and sensibilities.
In Marseille, where monitoring devices of air pollution exist, at least to the outside air, GOUV'AIRNANCE therefore proposes to identify measures to improve the relationship between monitoring air quality , protection of people (especially the most sensitive) and measures to curb polluting emissions, with the fullest possible "civil society", both co-responsible victim of urban atmospheric emissions.
