In Tripoli (Lebanon), Mediterranean cities against air pollution

The launch meeting GOUV'AIRNANCE project was held in Tripoli on 17, 18 and 19 April 2012. Organized by the Urban Community Al Fayhaa in collaboration with the Institute of the Mediterranean, this event marks the beginning of the project.

The meeting was an opportunity for a rewarding meeting and a specific exchange about the state of the air quality and monitoring devices now in place in partner territories: Tripoli, Aqaba, Valencia , Marseille. The meeting also resulted in the sharing of information between local, central authorities, universities and international agencies involved in Lebanon in the fight against air pollution.
