Under the project GOUV'AIRNANCE, this tender is for a dual: creating a website and a graphic (logo + acronym GOUV'AIRNANCE declination visual identity on A4 media and ppt ) and design a brochure. this cooperation project includes seven partners and aim to improve the monitoring of air quality for reduced emissions of air pollutants and better protection of people, including the most sensitive (children , elderly, impaired breathing) in four areas: Marseille (France), Valencia (Spain), Aqaba (Jordan) and Al Fahyaa (Greater Tripoli, Lebanon).
