Forum 2008 - The new Mediterranean governance

On the occasion of the second event of the Forum of Mediterranean Local and Regional Authorities, held in Marseille in 2008, the Mediterranean Institute coordinated the development of a prospective report analyzing the rise of Mediterranean territorial authorities and identifying avenues for greater cooperation for sustainable development of Mediterranean territories.
